Responsibilities

  • Define and document Lean Six Sigma playbooks for diagnosing factory bottlenecks, selecting use cases, and delivering measurable value.
  • Build go-to-market processes for applying AI on the factory floor, including discovery, qualification, and operator adoption.
  • Join pre-sales conversations and teach sales teams to assess manufacturing maturity, bottlenecks, and initial use cases.
  • Work within customer pilots to identify what works, improve outcomes, and create repeatable deployment practices.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams on manufacturing use cases, gold-standard time studies, model evaluation sets, and customer-segment priorities.
  • Travel to customer engagements and run workshops.
  • Serve as the manufacturing subject-matter expert for marketing copy, product marketing, webinars, and industry conferences.

Requirements

  • Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
  • Approximately 6–10 years of experience in manufacturing operations or consulting for manufacturers while owning outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience leading at least one end-to-end manufacturing transformation, with measurable results.
  • Hands-on experience with factory-floor process improvement, including throughput, scrap, changeover time, or inventory turns.
  • Daily, hands-on use of AI tools.
  • Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate, with frequent travel to customer sites.
