Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Co-Founder and President to maximize founder leverage and advance strategic company initiatives.
- Validate and build new initiatives, such as new verticals or channels, and deliver outcomes quickly.
- Increase velocity in product and process development and improve consistency in day-to-day operations.
- Own tactically important responsibilities that accelerate founder effectiveness.
- Solve problems strategically and tactically across varied areas of the company.
Requirements
- Experience as a venture-backed founder, venture investor, or operator in a high-growth startup.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Fast execution and comfort operating amid ambiguity.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and creative approach to improving teams and processes.
- Willingness to take on responsibility, get hands dirty, and collaborate.
- Willingness to work in person at the office five days per week.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation range: $170,000–$230,000 USD.
