Responsibilities
- Partner deeply with strategic platform customers as a technical thought partner for ideating and building novel applications on the API.
- Guide customers in maximizing business impact and accelerating time to value.
- Experiment with and prototype solutions for customers.
- Manage relationships with customer leadership and stakeholders to support successful application deployment and scale.
- Contribute to open-source developer and enterprise resources.
- Scale the AI Deployment Engineering function by sharing knowledge, codifying best practices, and publishing notebooks.
- Validate, synthesize, and deliver high-signal feedback to Product and Research teams.
- Use Python and JavaScript expertise to support customer solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical consulting or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
- Fluency in Japanese and English.
- Experience building or delivering prototypes on an API platform.
- Experience leading complex technical projects and programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to identify opportunities to maximize customer business value through an API.
- Ability to own problems end-to-end, learn missing knowledge, and operate effectively across multiple projects.
- Strong prioritization, adaptability, empathy, and comfort navigating ambiguity.
