Responsibilities
- Technically scope and lead complex, multi-quarter, executive-sponsored projects across Experience & Rewards systems and processes, including compensation, benefits, equity, and total rewards platforms.
- Act as the primary liaison between business partners and technical delivery teams.
- Write detailed functional requirements, business processes, and use cases.
- Serve as the functional specialist and delivery lead for Core HCM, compensation, rewards, and benefits technology integrations and workflows.
- Drive delivery against a prioritized backlog from project initiation through completion.
- Break down epics and business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical tasks.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and other Scrum activities.
- Identify and resolve project risks, impediments, and requirement trade-offs.
- Facilitate scoping workshops and mentor junior colleagues.
Requirements
- 10+ years of related professional experience with a bachelor's degree, or 8+ years with a master's degree.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-system initiatives as a Delivery Lead.
- Ability to analyze complex issues spanning multiple applications and business processes.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration, consensus-building, and conflict-management skills.
- Strategic thinking and ability to anticipate business needs.
- Strong organization, planning, attention to detail, and leadership skills.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with AI or automation initiatives within an HR technology ecosystem.
- Agile or Scrum certification.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary of $170,000–$233,200 USD for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Annual base salary of $151,000–$207,900 USD for candidates located in California excluding the San Francisco Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington.
- Equity, bonus, health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, paid time off, and parental leave may be provided in accordance with applicable plans and policies.
