Responsibilities

  • Conduct repricing and member-experience analyses using prospect data.
  • Compose compelling pricing offers for large employers.
  • Generate pricing responses for RFP platforms.
  • Collaborate with Sales to adapt and refine pricing offers for prospects.
  • Create client-ready spreadsheets and presentations for enterprise clients.
  • Learn and communicate SmithRx’s differentiated business model and approach.
  • Evaluate risks associated with pricing and RFP response strategies.
  • Collaborate with Legal to align pricing strategy with contracting strategy.
  • Support legal and contractual negotiations involving pricing and reconciliation terms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10+ years of experience with pharmacy benefits RFPs, contracts, AWP discount pricing, and rebate guarantees.
  • Experience analyzing historical claims data and conducting repricing and trend analyses to assess and manage risk.
  • Experience leading discussions with employers, brokers, and pharmacy benefits consultants.
  • Highly proficient in Excel.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Box, Google Suite, or similar tools.
  • Proven record of delivering exceptional, quantifiable business impact.
  • Experience in strategic, analytical, and operational roles in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to use data to make decisions and present findings to external stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary range: $144,500–$204,000 USD, varying by geographic pay zone, level, knowledge, skills, and experience.
