Responsibilities
- Build Anthropic’s global GTM programs function from scratch and define a first-year roadmap.
- Design, launch, and maintain scalable go-to-market content and playbooks.
- Establish a single source of truth for GTM content, including ownership and version control.
- Coordinate sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success programs end to end.
- Use feedback and performance data to identify gaps and refine programs.
- Define and report success metrics, including adoption, time-to-value, and productivity impact.
- Partner with regional GTM leaders to adapt global programs for different markets and segments.
Requirements
- Experience building or scaling go-to-market programs, content, or productivity initiatives in a B2B organization.
- Track record of designing and launching playbooks or content adopted by GTM teams.
- Experience partnering with multiple GTM functions and revenue operations to address productivity gaps.
- Experience leading cross-functional programs end to end with substantial autonomy.
- Experience writing clear, concise GTM content or playbooks.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a relevant field.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience building a GTM programs, sales programs, or enablement function from scratch during rapid growth.
- Experience supporting global or multi-region GTM organizations.
- Background in AI, machine learning, or emerging technology.
- Experience using data to evaluate program effectiveness and influence GTM and revenue operations leadership.
Compensation
- Annual compensation range: $360,000–$540,000 USD.
