Responsibilities
- Define and own the marketing AI roadmap, prioritizing opportunities against strategic objectives and sequencing initiatives.
- Build business cases for AI investments by mapping workflows, quantifying opportunities, and defining success metrics.
- Build and ship high-impact AI solutions for cross-functional marketing programs.
- Manage and triage AI requests, distinguishing strategic programs from self-serve opportunities.
- Build and run an AI champion network across marketing sub-teams.
- Equip practitioners with tools, reusable patterns, templates, and guidance to build AI solutions independently.
- Create AI office hours, demonstrations, skill libraries, and onboarding materials.
- Serve on the Global Integrated Marketing Leadership team, shaping strategy, priorities, and major decisions.
- Translate leadership vision into strategy, options, and recommendations for the Global Integrated Marketing organization.
- Design and operate the organization's planning and decision-making processes.
- Monitor business performance and outcomes, with proactive escalations to support demand generation goals in the Americas and globally.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, such as Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, or a Marketing Chief of Staff function.
- Deep knowledge of B2B marketing organizations, including campaigns, content, demand generation, field marketing, and analytics.
- Experience building with AI tools, including agents, skills, prompt engineering, MCP integrations, and no-code/low-code platforms.
- Product management mindset, including intake, backlogs, iteration, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional executive communication and writing skills.
