Sales Development Representative
Generates qualified employer-buyer opportunities through outbound prospecting, personalized messaging, event follow-up, and sales-tool workflows. Requires 2+ years of successful sales development or lead-generation experience and a track record of exceeding quotas.

Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality net-new opportunities by identifying and engaging high-potential accounts through cold calling, personalized email sequences, and social selling.
- Deliver value-driven messaging to engage prospects.
- Partner with Account Executives and Marketing to develop personalized messaging and collateral.
- Secure meetings with employer buyers, including C-suite executives and benefits leaders.
- Support pre- and post-event campaigns to convert event registrants, attendees, and engaged prospects into bookings.
- Develop tracking in Salesforce and report progress to Sales leadership.
- Meet daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly lead-generation targets.
- Travel as needed for conferences.
Requirements
- 2+ years of successful outbound sales development or lead-generation experience.
- Experience preferably in SaaS, employer benefits, and/or health technology.
- Proven record of exceeding quotas.
- Strong persuasive email, LinkedIn messaging, and phone communication skills.
- Results-driven, self-directed approach with effective time-management skills.
- Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and tools for building target-account and contact lists and conducting personalized outreach at scale.
Compensation
- Base salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually.
- Expected on-target earnings: $115,000–$130,000 annually, plus equity.
- Benefits include health, dental, and vision coverage; HSA and FSA options; equity participation; 401(k); paid vacation; and 16 weeks of paid parental leave.
