About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales Development and Channel teams to drive high-quality pipeline.
  • Run strong discovery calls, lead prospects through tailored demos, solution alignment, and negotiation.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships across key stakeholders.
  • Maintain clean pipeline management and accurate Salesforce forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Implementation to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Consistently represent Closinglock’s sales culture with ownership, discipline, curiosity, and bias for action.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven experience as an Account Executive with a strong track record of exceeding quota.
  • Timely follow-up and qualification of new prospects from inbound leads and marketing-generated requests.
  • Ability to manage and maintain accurate leads, opportunities, and account information within Salesforce.com.
  • Develop and execute territory prospecting plans to establish rapport, build relationships, and generate new opportunities.
  • Growth mindset with opportunities to continually learn and improve.
  • Extreme curiosity to understand our product, the industry, and the business challenges of our customers.
  • Strong, active listener who can quickly understand customer needs and tailor approach.

  • This is a full-time, in-person position in our Austin, TX office.
