Enterprise Integrated Campaign Manager
Leads integrated B2B enterprise marketing campaigns spanning digital, events, content, and ABM to drive demand, adoption, and account expansion. The role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, and global teams and requires substantial enterprise campaign, analytical, budgeting, and project-management experience.

Responsibilities
- Design and lead integrated campaigns across customer segments, connecting digital, events, content, and account-based marketing channels into cohesive buyer journeys.
- Drive full-funnel campaigns across Enterprise priorities, industries, and segments, adapting strategies for diverse buying committees and enterprise purchasing behaviors.
- Create and implement thought leadership programs, digital nurture streams, webinar series, executive engagement programs, and ABM activations.
- Partner with Field Marketing to align campaigns with territory- and account-specific goals for pipeline, adoption, and expansion.
- Optimize programs using lead scoring, attribution models, and ROI reporting to demonstrate impact on demand, adoption, and revenue.
- Collaborate with global Marketing teams to align Enterprise campaigns with company-wide strategy and segment- or industry-specific needs.
- Coordinate with Product Marketing and Solutions Marketing to maintain consistent messaging and positioning.
- Manage agency partners, vendors, and internal creative and content teams to deliver programs on time and on budget.
- Build and manage campaign budgets with financial discipline and ROI focus.
- Drive continuous improvement through post-campaign analysis, stakeholder feedback, and data-driven optimization.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of B2B enterprise sales cycles and buying processes; software-company experience is required.
- Track record of building and scaling integrated campaigns spanning digital, events, content, and ABM channels.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization and attribution.
- Demonstrated success contributing to significant demand, adoption, and revenue goals through integrated marketing initiatives.
- Self-starter capable of building and running sophisticated programs with small teams in fast-paced startup environments.
- Strong project management skills managing complex, multi-channel campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong budgeting and financial management capabilities, including substantial campaign budgets.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with sales teams, agency partners, and executive stakeholders.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Nice-to-haves
- 10+ years of B2B enterprise marketing experience across integrated campaigns, ABM, and demand generation.
- Experience marketing AI/ML or complex technical products to enterprise customers.
- Experience building and leading integrated campaign or demand generation teams.
- Deep knowledge of ABM strategies and execution, including 6sense or Demandbase.
- Experience at high-growth technology companies.
- Experience developing industry- or segment-specific campaigns for regulated or vertical markets.
- Experience managing agency partners.
- Fluency with marketing automation and campaign operations, such as Marketo and Salesforce, including lead lifecycle management.
- International campaign experience and knowledge of regional localization.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual compensation: $255,000–$255,000 USD.
- Hybrid policy: staff are generally expected to work from an office at least 25% of the time; this role requires working from the San Francisco or New York office at least once a month.
- Up to 40% travel for events and customer engagements.
- Visa sponsorship may be available.
