Senior Business Systems Analyst – Channel Sales
Owns partner go-to-market business systems, Salesforce automation, integrations, and attribution workflows across sales and partnership teams. Requires 5+ years in business systems, strong Salesforce and HubSpot expertise, and the ability to prioritize and deliver cross-functional systems projects independently.

Responsibilities
- Own the partner go-to-market systems roadmap, architecture decisions, and operational health.
- Build and deploy Salesforce automation, including record-triggered and screen flows, validation rules, custom objects and fields, permission sets, and approvals.
- Own partner attribution from first touch through payout, including referral capture, deal registration, partner-to-opportunity linkage, and monthly partner payouts.
- Manage integrations across Salesforce, LeanData, Outreach, Gong, Chili Piper, ZoomInfo, and Workato, including lead routing, sequence enrollment, meeting booking, enrichment, and partner attribution.
- Prioritize requests based on ROI, effort, and maintenance cost; determine what to build, defer, or decline.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on scope, sequencing, and tradeoffs through project completion.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business systems at a fast-paced company.
- Salesforce Admin certification or equivalent hands-on experience, with substantial HubSpot experience.
- Experience building and debugging complex Salesforce flows and understanding declarative automation at scale.
- Ability to independently frame ambiguous problems, make decisions, and deliver solutions.
- Ability to translate business requirements into measurable systems outcomes.
- Metric-driven prioritization and ROI-based decision-making.
- Experience delivering multi-month projects with cross-functional dependencies and no dedicated project manager.
- Fluency with AI tools for building, auditing, and documenting systems, with sound judgment about their limitations.
Nice to Have
- Experience with channel or marketing systems, including partner sourcing, revenue share, payouts, campaign structure, UTM tracking, lead source, or multi-touch attribution.
- Cross-functional program management involving engineering, sales, and finance stakeholders.
- Product mindset toward internal tooling, including phased delivery and adoption measurement.
- Experience with Snowflake, Looker, or similar business intelligence and data warehouse tools.
- Working knowledge of Apex or Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with Linear or similar project management software.
- Experience at a high-growth startup or technology company.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary: $145,800-$182,200.
