Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic and tactical business partner to sales and support functions, facilitating deal composition and approvals, exception escalation and management, historical account reviews, pre-sales objection handling, and account management support.
- Make quantitative and qualitative recommendations to executive management on deal structures and approvals.
- Act as a subject matter expert for timely and accurate deal execution throughout the sales cycle, including discount evaluation, approval policies, and adherence to revenue recognition rules.
- Serve as the deal’s internal quarterback, resolving open items related to terms and conditions, stakeholder requirements, order processing, and order management.
- Optimize and manage the deal pipeline by ensuring Sales follows Deal Desk guidelines and continuously revising processes to streamline the sales experience.
- Develop a holistic understanding of the company’s business and apply multidisciplinary thinking to analysis and execution.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Deal Desk or operations experience at high-growth technology companies, ideally supporting go-to-market functions such as sales, marketing, or customer success.
- Recent experience working on complex, non-standard deals within Enterprise and Strategic segments.
- Expert-level Salesforce experience.
- Familiarity with Public Sector business norms.
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in ambiguous environments under tight and unpredictable timelines.
- Ability to navigate large, complex organizations and build relationships with leaders and teams across functions.
- Ability to work remotely in Pacific Time or Mountain Time zones, with Pacific Time overlap preferred.
- This is an individual contributor role.

Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation range: $142,000–$180,000 USD, depending on location and other factors.
- Total compensation may include restricted stock units.
- Benefits may include health, pharmacy, optical and dental care, paid time off, sick time off, short- and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, and 401(k) contributions, subject to eligibility requirements.
