Optimizes and governs Salesforce Partner Ecosystem operations, designing scalable workflows, integrations, reporting, and partner processes. Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for Salesforce operational and process inquiries across Partnerships and other cross-functional teams.
- Triage complex process questions, identify root causes, and recommend scalable solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders to refine and evolve workflows.
- Drive and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Salesforce enhancements, releases, and system changes.
- Validate solutions against functional requirements and business objectives before release.
- Maintain the Salesforce Partner Ecosystem (Experience Cloud) at the intersection of GTM Systems and Partnerships.
- Build and maintain scalable processes for partner onboarding, engagement tracking, and revenue attribution.
- Drive Salesforce adoption, optimize user experience, and maintain system configuration documentation.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Systems Administrator with Salesforce Partner Ecosystem Management, including support for Sales or Revenue organizations.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce and its integrations, including the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, flows, custom views, and other intermediate-complexity content.
- Excellent Salesforce documentation and communication skills.
- Strong data-management skills, including SQL/SOQL, Salesforce data-model knowledge, and advanced reporting and dashboard development.
- Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with a SaaS go-to-market business model.
- Experience working in a Scrum or Agile environment.
- Salesforce certifications.
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary: $140,000–$245,000 USD.
