Responsibilities
- Design, perform, and review user acceptance testing (UAT) for revenue-impacting system changes, enhancements, new SKUs, and bug fixes.
- Draft and contribute to Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for Quote-to-Cash and revenue-systems initiatives.
- Support billing and revenue systems, integrations, and Stripe Billing as they scale.
- Strengthen controls and SOX compliance by identifying gaps and supporting approvals, audit trails, and segregation of duties.
- Integrate Quote-to-Cash workflows, billing models, and data flows for new revenue streams and acquisitions.
- Use data and analysis to validate system behavior, measure performance, and improve the Quote-to-Cash ecosystem.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience across Revenue Operations, revenue systems, Quote-to-Cash, revenue accounting, or finance systems.
- Strong understanding of SaaS order-to-cash processes, including quoting, contracting, billing, collections, revenue recognition, and ASC 606.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or billing or ERP platforms such as Stripe Billing, Zuora, or NetSuite.
- Experience supporting UAT, defining business requirements, and implementing revenue-impacting process or system changes.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, RevOps, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Business Systems.
- Strong attention to detail and end-to-end process thinking.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a public-company or SOX environment.
- CPA and/or Big Four revenue or technical accounting background.
- Experience with usage-based pricing and associated billing models.
- Experience with NetSuite, Stripe Billing, Zone Billing, Snowflake, SQL, or HEX.
Compensation
- Annual base salary: $140,000–$202,000 USD.
- Equity and additional benefits are offered, including health, dental, vision, retirement contributions, parental and family-planning support, mental health and wellness benefits, paid time off, and an annual bonus plan for eligible non-sales roles.
