GTM Senior Business Systems Analyst, Pre-Sales
Own the architecture, automation, and operational health of Ramp’s top-of-funnel GTM systems across HubSpot and Salesforce. The role requires 5+ years in business, marketing, or revenue operations plus deep CRM automation, funnel management, and cross-functional delivery experience.

Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap, architecture, and operational health of top-of-funnel GTM systems.
- Govern HubSpot workflows, lists, forms, properties, lifecycle stages, campaign structure, permissions, and naming conventions.
- Maintain HubSpot–Salesforce agreement through field mappings, inclusion lists, sync-error triage, deduplication, ICP segmentation, suppression logic, enrichment, and email validation.
- Build and deploy Salesforce automation, including record-triggered and screen flows, validation rules, custom objects and fields, permission sets, and approvals.
- Own the path from form fill to booked meeting, including capture, enrichment, deduplication, routing, sequence enrollment, and speed to lead.
- Prioritize requests based on ROI and communicate build, deferral, and rejection decisions.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on scope, sequencing, tradeoffs, and delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business systems, marketing operations, or revenue operations at a fast-paced company.
- Deep hands-on HubSpot experience, including building and debugging workflows and designing list, form, and property architectures.
- Salesforce Admin certification or equivalent hands-on experience with complex Salesforce flows and declarative automation.
- Practical ownership of funnel definitions, lead sources, campaign membership, UTM capture, MQL-to-SQL handoffs, and trusted attribution reporting.
- Ability to frame ambiguous problems, make decisions, ship solutions, work independently, and explain tradeoffs to varied audiences.
- Ability to build scalable solutions and use AI to automate work where appropriate.
Nice to Have
- Marketing systems experience beyond CRM, including paid media and ad-platform integrations, lifecycle email programs, landing-page and form tooling, deliverability, and list hygiene at scale.
- Cross-functional program management with engineering, sales, and finance stakeholders.
- Product mindset for internal tooling, including phased delivery and adoption measurement.
- Experience with Snowflake, Looker, or similar business intelligence and warehouse tools.
- Working knowledge of Apex or Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with Linear or similar project-management software.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary: $145,800–$182,200.
