Responsibilities

  • Support annual and quarterly GTM planning with Finance, including headcount modeling, ramp assumptions, and revenue target setting.
  • Build and maintain coverage models incorporating territory design, account segmentation, and capacity planning.
  • Support quota framework development and translate top-down targets into field-level plans.
  • Maintain market segmentation based on industry, company profile, consumption potential, and AI maturity.
  • Analyze competitive dynamics, regional expansion priorities, whitespace opportunities, ICP, and TAM data.
  • Translate data into clear business narratives and self-service insights for leadership and the revenue organization.
  • Support pipeline-generation modeling, including coverage ratios, qualified-pipeline definitions, and assumptions.
  • Track pipeline-generation actuals against the model, surface gaps, and support corrective actions.
  • Participate in weekly forecasting and connect leading indicators to revenue outcomes.
  • Build analytics including pipeline dashboards, cohort analyses, and efficiency metrics.
  • Analyze regional pipeline health, win/loss trends, and representative productivity.
  • Support QBRs, pipeline reviews, sales-process improvements, post-sale journey optimization, and funnel conversion initiatives.
  • Design and execute experiments involving new segments, channels, acquisition motions, and expansion motions.
  • Develop measurement frameworks and operationalize successful experiments into repeatable playbooks.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in GTM strategy, revenue operations, sales strategy, or a related function, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS or infrastructure.
  • Experience with consumption-based or usage-based business models strongly preferred, including ARR, revenue, drawdown, expansion, and net retention concepts.
  • Strong analytical ability, including coverage modeling, cohort analysis, and leadership-ready forecasting.
  • Strong business judgment and ability to turn data into recommendations and actions.
  • Structured thinking and clear communication with senior audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with AI coding tools, spreadsheets, BI tools, SQL, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to collaborate across Finance, field leadership, Central Operations, and Enablement without formal authority.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced, iterative execution.
  • Active use of AI tools to improve analysis, problem solving, communication, and productivity.
  • Curiosity about the AI infrastructure market.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience at a company scaling through a Series B–D inflection point.
  • Consulting, banking, or finance background.
