Marketing Strategy & Planning Manager
Own the technical and analytical foundation for marketing operations across a multi-product portfolio, including campaign tracking, automation, dashboards, attribution, data governance, and compliance. Requires 7+ years of marketing strategy or operations experience, SQL, advanced marketing automation expertise, and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain marketing campaign tracking, including UTM parameters and lead-source attribution in HubSpot.
- Lead the design and execution of complex marketing automation workflows.
- Build and maintain dashboards for SEO, website analytics, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness.
- Deliver recurring reports and data-driven recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
- Align Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Business Systems on marketing operations priorities.
- Lead technical implementation of marketing initiatives and document processes and best practices.
- Train team members on marketing technology tools and practices.
- Develop data governance frameworks and segmentation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant data privacy regulations.
- Audit marketing systems and processes to maintain data integrity and security.
- Own lead management processes and automation rules as the marketing technology subject-matter expert.
- Collaborate on improvements to the marketing technology stack.
- Evaluate and recommend marketing technologies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy and operations, strategic planning, or a similar role.
- SQL knowledge and experience with data manipulation.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing metrics and reporting.
- Advanced expertise with marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and visualization.
- Understanding of marketing automation, lead management, and campaign attribution.
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
- Hands-on individual-contributor experience owning marketing systems and operations end to end.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Heap Analytics or Looker.
- Project management experience.
- Experience with API integrations and webhook management.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range: $150,000-$207,000.
- 10-year exercise window for stock options.
