Responsibilities
Lead go-to-market strategy for a core product area from positioning and narrative through launch and post-launch adoption.
Define clear, differentiated positioning and messaging grounded in customer needs, market dynamics, and product capabilities.
Plan and execute product and feature launches in close partnership with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Enablement.
Ensure launches translate into real-world impact through enablement, campaigns, and post-launch iteration.
Partner with Growth, Demand Gen, and Sales to support sustained adoption beyond initial launch moments.
Create and oversee high-impact customer- and sales-facing assets (e.g., pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive narratives, battlecards, onboarding materials).
Conduct and synthesize customer research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform positioning, GTM strategy, and product direction.
Requirements
6–8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Product Strategy, ideally in high growth B2B SaaS.
Experience marketing to enterprise customers, ideally including Fortune 100 or professional services organizations.
Proven track record leading major product launches and shaping positioning that drives real business outcomes.
Strong ability to translate technical or AI-powered products into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
Eager to move fast & drive impact; prefer building an imperfect one-pager quickly that is used by many people than a perfect one that collects dust.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong executive presence.
Ability to differentiate valuable signal from noise.
Ability to thrive in ambiguous cross-functional projects across Product, GTM, and Founders.
