Responsibilities
- Lead go-to-market strategy for a core product area from positioning and narrative through launch and post-launch adoption.
- Define clear, differentiated positioning and messaging grounded in customer needs, market dynamics, and product capabilities.
- Plan and execute product and feature launches in close partnership with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Enablement.
- Ensure launches translate into real-world impact through enablement, campaigns, and post-launch iteration.
- Partner with Growth, Demand Gen, and Sales to support sustained adoption beyond initial launch moments.
- Create and oversee high-impact customer- and sales-facing assets (e.g., pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive narratives, battlecards, onboarding materials).
- Conduct and synthesize customer research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform positioning, GTM strategy, and product direction.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Product Strategy, ideally in high growth B2B SaaS.
- Experience marketing to enterprise customers, ideally including Fortune 100 or professional services organizations.
- Proven track record leading major product launches and shaping positioning that drives real business outcomes.
- Strong ability to translate technical or AI-powered products into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Eager to move fast & drive impact; prefer building an imperfect one-pager quickly that is used by many people than a perfect one that collects dust.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong executive presence.
- Ability to differentiate valuable signal from noise.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous cross-functional projects across Product, GTM, and Founders.
Compensation
$137,600-206,400 USD
