Responsibilities
Sales and Partner Support
- Provide daily sales and partner support for ISO Partner Manager teams, including contract management, bank verification links, document review, underwriting review, pipeline updates and follow-ups, partner messaging, and exception requests.
- Provide partner coverage during team absences or partner visits.
- Maintain partner contact information and records in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations to support partners and maintain compliance.
- Communicate with partners by phone, email, text, and messaging about deal progress.
- Communicate with Underwriters regarding files and assist with portal submission requests.
- Handle partner service inquiries, including balance inquiries, funding confirmations, and modifications.
Onboarding and Partner Management
- Assist with ISO onboarding activities and vet prospective partners for candidacy.
- Determine the appropriate referral program, communicate approval or decline decisions, and assign accounts to ISO managers.
- Collect onboarding documents and submit them for timely processing.
- Manage partner calls, transfers, voicemails, and the Partner inbox.
- Oversee ISO recertification tasks and maintain accurate account information.
- Keep partners informed about underwriting policies, marketing materials, renewal commissions, and bonus structures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience preferred.
- 1+ years supporting a sales team or B2B sales experience; experience in MCA/short-term lending, payment processing, financial services, or consultative sales preferred.
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, analytical, presentation, and phone communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong accountability, organization, time-management, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Experience meeting or exceeding sales goals and performance metrics.
- Microsoft Office 365 experience, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Salesforce CRM experience highly preferred.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with contract or partnership negotiations.
- Experience with Tableau or NICE.
- Experience developing relationships with merchants and ISO partners.
Compensation
- Competitive base salary of $55,000.
- Monthly incentive commission compensation plan.
