Responsibilities
- Own a book of existing automotive dealership accounts, driving retention, adoption, and revenue growth.
- Build and manage expansion pipelines through trusted client relationships, from renewal discussions through signed expansions.
- Forecast, track, and manage revenue, renewals, and churn risk using Salesforce, Claude, Gemini, Outreach, Google Suite, Mode, and Tableau.
- Achieve quarterly retention and net revenue growth targets.
- Run quarterly business reviews, monitor account usage and health data, and re-engage dormant users and dealership locations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple decision-makers across dealerships and dealer groups.
- Demonstrate Lyft’s value in client-focused initiatives and facilitate training, account reviews, customer engagement, and success criteria.
- Partner with Operations, Support, and Product to resolve client issues and improve account initiatives.
- Represent Lyft at marketing and trade show events.
- Travel up to 20% for meetings and client-site visits.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B account management, customer success, or renewals experience with retention or growth targets.
- Experience owning the post-sale lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, renewal, objection handling, and upselling.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM, AI tools, and sales technology.
- Ability to use usage and performance data to identify risk and growth opportunities.
- Demonstrated success exceeding retention or growth targets.
- Excellent client communication skills, both by phone and in person.
- Interest in mobility, the automotive industry, transportation, or logistics.

Compensation
- San Francisco base pay: $23.08-$28.85 per hour, excluding potential equity, bonus, and benefits.
- Hybrid schedule requiring in-office work three days per week.
