Responsibilities
IGA Strategy Design
- Assist in creating and implementing customized identity governance and administration (IGA) strategies, governance frameworks, and operating models aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Present and discuss technical information at various levels and influence IT decision-making, including with CISOs.
Client Collaboration and Advisory
- Engage in strategic workshops and client conversations to evaluate cybersecurity posture, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver high-level designs.
Presentation and Proposal Creation
- Develop clear, persuasive presentations and proposals communicating IGA transformation plans and business value.
Requirements
- Working consulting knowledge of RSA G&L (formerly Aveksa) or other IGA solutions.
- Advanced hands-on experience with databases, preferably Oracle; LDAP; Active Directory; Java; Linux; web application servers; cloud infrastructure; and web technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience delivering large-scale consulting and implementation or installation projects using leading security products.
- Willingness to work inconvenient hours and travel to customer sites.
Nice-to-Haves
- Development experience with Java and shell scripting.
- CISSP certification; CISM is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
- Travel and/or flexible working hours may be required for project implementation depending on customer requirements.
