Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end release cadences for DataHub Core (OSS) and Managed Cloud.
- Coordinate engineering, product, QA, DevOps, documentation, and customer success teams.
- Define quality gates and Go/No-Go criteria for releases.
- Design dashboards and runbooks to automate and streamline release processes.
- Identify breaking changes and dependency conflicts before production deployment.
- Serve as the central contact for release-related questions and updates.
- Facilitate release retrospectives and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management or release management.
- Experience managing complex software releases in fast-paced startup environments.
- Understanding of software development lifecycles, CI/CD practices, and DevOps principles.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand architecture, dependencies, and technical trade-offs.
- Project management proficiency with Jira, Linear, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience working with cross-time-zone and cross-functional teams.
