Marketing Operations Intern
Part-time Marketing Operations Intern helping scale Neighbor's Google Maps presence by setting up, optimizing, and managing listing pins in partnership with hosts. Requires current enrollment in a bachelor's program (grad 2026-2027), strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort with high-volume communication and basic data reporting.

Primary Responsibilities
- Google Maps Pin Setup: Work directly with Neighbor hosts to create and maintain Google Maps pins for their listings
- Pin Quality & Compliance: Ensure pins follow best practices and Google guidelines, including accurate categories, descriptions, photos, service areas, and business details
- Pin Optimization: Improve pin quality and performance through ongoing optimizations (photos, descriptions, categories, attributes, etc.)
- Operational Scaling: Help build repeatable processes to scale pin creation and optimization across thousands of listings
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance metrics (rank, impressions, actions, calls, clicks) and report on learnings
Qualifications
- Must currently be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and December 2027
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfort communicating via phone, email, and text
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of work
- Comfort with basic data analysis and reporting
