Founding Growth Marketer
The first full-time marketer will execute and scale B2B SaaS growth across SEO/AEO, paid acquisition, lifecycle email, website conversion, launches, sponsorships, and events. Requires 2+ years of hands-on growth or performance marketing experience and depth in at least two core channels.

Responsibilities
- Grow SEO and answer engine optimization (AEO) into a major inbound channel while maintaining high content quality.
- Run paid search and paid social campaigns, including creative, targeting, and performance reporting.
- Manage lifecycle email programs end to end, including trial nurture, onboarding, and expansion.
- Build and optimize website pages, campaign pages, and landing-to-demo conversion paths with design and front-end partners.
- Lead launch campaigns for new products and features across landing pages, email, paid channels, and launch-day activities.
- Execute sponsorships and events across podcasts, newsletters, and conferences; launch initiatives and report on their returns.
- Translate brand concepts and creative campaigns into shipped growth programs and build scalable acquisition channels.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on growth or performance marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company.
- Deep expertise in at least two of SEO/AEO, paid acquisition, and lifecycle email.
- Experience running end-to-end launch campaigns.
- Comfortable executing work directly rather than relying on agencies.
- Able to independently analyze channel data and report performance.
- Creative, inventive, resilient, and willing to work hard, including occasional nights and weekends.
