Responsibilities
- Own full-funnel growth across self-serve activation/conversion and sales-qualified pipeline.
- Develop and launch plays spanning audiences, signals, messaging, channels, landing pages, and conversion paths.
- Define metrics, guardrails, and sample sizes; run experiments and distinguish meaningful lift from noise.
- Analyze cohort curves, funnel conversion, segments, time-to-activation, cost per activated account, and cost per SQA using SQL.
- Build agent workflows for research, list building, lookalike testing, personalization, creative variants, landing pages, competitor monitoring, and post-test analysis.
- Use Clay, HubSpot, Apollo, and marketing MCP tools to automate growth plays.
- Prototype scrapers, scoring systems, signal listeners, and landing pages.
- Connect intent, product-usage, community, job-change, hiring, and tooling signals to growth campaigns.
- Build LinkedIn and other channel automations, ad audiences, and retargeting programs.
- Run experiments across landing pages, signup and activation flows, lifecycle and in-product email, outbound messaging, and list sources.
- Own social strategy and manage the social agency.
- Own email nurture content and design.
- Scale proven plays through marketing operations and discontinue ineffective programs.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code or similar LLM tooling, including building agent workflows.
- Demonstrated quantitative growth results, such as pipeline contribution, PLG or SLG conversion, cost per activated account, or cost per SQA.
- Cross-channel growth experience and technical proficiency with SQL, cohort analysis, and basic statistics.
- Experience at a high-growth company; data or AI experience is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, demand generation, or scrappy generalist marketing, or equivalent independent growth-building experience.
- Excellent writing skills and credibility with developer and data audiences.
- Bias toward shipping and owning ambiguous problems.

- Experience in data or AI companies.
- Familiarity with Clay intent, DuckDB activity, community signals, and product-led growth motions.
Compensation
- Annual salary: $130,000–$180,000.
