Affiliate Marketing Manager
Manages and grows the affiliate marketing program by recruiting partners, overseeing campaigns and payments, maintaining tracking and dashboards, and enforcing compliance. Requires 1–2 years of affiliate marketing experience and hands-on familiarity with Impact and AppsFlyer.

Responsibilities
- Create and manage promo codes across partners and campaigns.
- Manage day-to-day accounts for the affiliate roster.
- Prospect, pitch, and onboard new affiliate partners across SEO, media buying, creator/influencer, and DSP channels.
- Own affiliate payments end to end.
- Manage dashboards in Impact and internal tooling.
- Deliver daily performance reporting.
- Enforce and track compliance across affiliate activity.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing.
- Strong knowledge of sports and prediction markets.
- Hands-on experience with Impact and other affiliate marketing platforms.
- Working knowledge of AppsFlyer, including P360 and OneLinks.
- Familiarity with SEO, media buying, creator/influencer, and DSP affiliate channels.
- Proficiency with linking and tracking technology.
- Ability to work independently.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in sports betting or real-money gaming; finance, technology, or politics experience is also relevant.
- Existing affiliate relationships that can be brought onto the platform.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $100,000–$140,000 annually, plus equity and benefits.
