Promote team performance, define and manage monthly and quarterly sales objectives and build internal metrics for visibility.
Measure and manage the sales pipeline, and provide accurate ongoing forecasts.
Drive sales cycles for critical wins, uncover problems, present solutions, manage the sales cycle and close high-visibility deals.
Foster a positive team culture of collaboration, learning, and trust.
Implement, execute and improve effective processes, tools, and motivational activities with Revenue Operations.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required, MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
8 years of experience working within a sales organization for a hypergrowth SaaS startup relevant to finance, supply chain, sales performance management, business planning, BI or Data Analytics solutions.
3 years of experience managing and developing a team of sellers through coaching with demonstrated results.
Preferred Qualifications
Talent for engaging prospects and executive stakeholders, including C-suite, with clear communications.
Experience managing deal cycles of 6-9 months with average contract values in excess of $150k.
Comfortable defining strategy, working autonomously, and rolling up sleeves to impact revenue.
Senior Client Partner responsible for owning a Mid-Market book of business, building and growing client relationships with brands and agencies, driving revenue through Reddit's advertising platform, and providing strategic consultative advice to meet marketing goals. Requires 8+ years digital media experience including sales, proven C-level relationship skills, and a track record of exceeding targets.
