Responsibilities
- Define and execute Pigment’s EMEA GSI strategy, including partner segmentation, prioritization, and long-term value creation models.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders and global practice leaders across top-tier GSIs such as Deloitte, EY, PwC, and Accenture.
- Establish and own EMEA joint business plans, including multi-year revenue targets, industry and use-case solutions, geographic expansion, and joint assets.
- Drive EMEA go-to-market strategy and execution, aligning with regional leadership to accelerate pipeline creation and deal closure.
- Lead EMEA governance frameworks with GSIs, including executive steering committees, QBRs, and performance management, while aligning with NAMER peers for global alignment.
- Scale partner-enabled revenue by building repeatable industry solutions, delivery models, and service offerings with GSIs.
- Sponsor and guide global enablement programs to ensure GSI teams are trained, certified, and positioned to sell and deliver Pigment solutions.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to embed GSIs into Pigment’s global go-to-market engine.
- Contribute to broader company strategy as a member of the EMEA GTM leadership team and represent EMEA GSI Alliances at the executive level.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in alliances, partner ecosystems, enterprise SaaS sales, or consulting, with a strong focus on GSIs.
- Proven track record of building and scaling EMEA-wide partnerships that drive measurable revenue.
- Deep understanding of GSI operating models, including how they sell, deliver, and scale transformation programs globally.
- Experience influencing C-suite stakeholders internally and externally.
- Strong leadership experience working with high-performing, geographically distributed teams in a player/coach environment.
- Exceptional strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and executive presence skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment with global complexity.
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect customer transformation needs to partner capabilities and Pigment’s value proposition.
Nice-to-haves
- Leadership experience within a top-tier GSI such as Accenture, Deloitte, EY, or PwC.
- Experience in enterprise planning, FP&A, ERP, data platforms, or digital transformation ecosystems.
- Experience scaling alliances within a high-growth or category-defining SaaS company.
- Experience building global industry solutions and joint offerings with partners.
- Strong network of senior relationships across GSIs and the broader enterprise technology ecosystem.
- Experience presenting business cases and leading discussions with C-level executives of Global 2000 companies.
