Principal Partner Account Manager, Service Provider, EMEA

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement strategic partner account plans for EMEA service providers aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Identify opportunities for joint ventures, co-marketing initiatives, and solutions integration.
  • Build joint go-to-market services and solution-stack offerings.
  • Drive executive engagement between company leadership and service-provider executives, industry leads, and delivery teams.
  • Support scalable implementation practices through training, certifications, reusable solution assets, and reference architectures.
  • Serve as the primary contact for partner-related inquiries and facilitate communication and collaboration.
  • Lead account mapping and joint growth and customer-acquisition strategies across new verticals and customer segments.
  • Own internal and external business planning and quarterly business reviews.
  • Track partner performance metrics, revenue attribution, targets, and market impact.
  • Plan ongoing training and support for service-provider leads and technical resources.
  • Forecast service-provider business weekly.
  • Develop and drive pipeline across multiple service-provider partners.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience working with service-provider partnerships.
  • Existing relationships with top-tier telecommunications companies.
  • Proven ability to drive go-to-market success with service-provider partners.
  • Executive presence, negotiation skills, and experience managing complex stakeholder environments and large enterprise partnerships.
  • Demonstrated success driving growth and innovation.
  • Technology-sector experience, with network and/or cybersecurity experience required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Compensation

  • France-based hires: estimated annual salary of €160,000–€220,000.
  • Eligible to participate in the company equity plan.
