VP, Revenue Marketing

Responsibilities

Revenue and Funnel Ownership

  • Own marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline and iARR targets for new business and expansion, including forecasting, budget allocation, and channel ROI.
  • Balance demand creation with demand capture while managing CAC, payback, and cost to book by channel.
  • Build and optimize the full funnel from lead through MQL/PQL, SAO, closed/won, and upsell/cross-sell motions.
  • Own webflow.com performance as a major pipeline channel, including conversion and channel optimization, in partnership with Product and Brand.

Team Leadership and Organization

  • Lead a multidisciplinary Revenue Marketing organization spanning demand generation, digital channel optimization, field marketing, partner marketing, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Build and scale a high-performing team aligned to sales-led and partner-led motions.
  • Partner with marketing leaders to deliver integrated, end-to-end campaigns.

Sales-Led Growth

  • Work with Sales leadership to prioritize segments and plays and coordinate marketing programs, SDR/BDR sequencing, and AE outreach.
  • Build account-based marketing plays for mid-market and enterprise segments.
  • Establish feedback loops from sales calls into messaging, offers, campaign strategy, and competitive positioning.

Partner-Led Growth

  • Define partner-sourced pipeline targets by tier and region with Partnership leadership.
  • Build co-marketing and enablement programs and a partner tiering and activation model.
  • Develop scalable plays for technology and integration partners, agencies, and platforms.

Lifecycle, Expansion, and Retention

  • Own lifecycle strategy across onboarding, activation to paid, re-engagement, expansion, and advocacy.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Product to design and test journeys that improve time-to-value, expansion iARR, and multi-product attach.
  • Operationalize customer proof within core sales plays and measure it through win rate, attach, and cycle time.

Product and AI

  • Act as an internal “Customer Zero” by using Webflow, surfacing friction and unmet needs, and translating workflows into product and go-to-market requirements.
  • Lead AI transformation across the Revenue Marketing team.

Requirements

  • 12–15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS revenue marketing, including senior leadership ownership of pipeline and ARR.
  • Ability to synthesize data diagnosis into a clear strategic direction and defend it.
  • Track record of quickly building trust and results with new teams, especially during the first 30–60 days.
  • Experience operating across sales-led and partner-led models with visibility into self-serve iARR performance.
  • Experience building integrated revenue plays and running cross-functional programs from concept through enablement and measurement.
  • Strong analytics and operating rigor, including attribution, forecasting, budget optimization, and experimentation.
  • Credibility with Sales, Partnerships, and Product, with a track record of creating alignment, clarity, and trust.
  • AI-native working style, using AI to accelerate research and execution while applying independent judgment and synthesis.
  • Curiosity, openness to growth, and active fluency in emerging technologies.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary: $268,000–$335,000 USD for workers in the United States, with geographic pay zones.
