VP Revenue Marketing
Own the zero-to-one enterprise marketing function, building demand generation, ABM, field marketing, positioning, and sales enablement to create a predictable pipeline. The role requires senior leadership experience in technical PLG or community-led companies, fluency with executive and developer buyers, and strong revenue accountability.

Responsibilities
- Build and own n8n’s enterprise marketing engine, turning demand generation, account-based marketing, and field marketing into a predictable enterprise pipeline machine.
- Build and run an account-based marketing motion targeting Fortune 1000 accounts.
- Own enterprise pipeline performance in partnership with Sales, measured through ACV growth and top-of-funnel conversion.
- Design and launch enterprise event and field marketing strategies, including asset libraries for SDR and Sales teams.
- Manage and scale the Field Marketing team.
- Partner with SDRs on capacity, prioritization, and joint pipeline planning.
- Build sales enablement materials, including decks, talk tracks, and content.
- Evolve technical, product-led messaging into business-value messaging for CIOs, CTOs, and other technical executives.
- Build a repeatable enterprise positioning playbook.
- Hire and lead Demand Generation and Field Marketing teams.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Developer Relations on enterprise initiatives.
- Preserve and extend n8n’s product-led and community-led motion.
Requirements
- Experience building an enterprise marketing function from scratch.
- Deep expertise in demand generation, account-based marketing, field marketing, and campaign orchestration.
- Fluency with technical buyers, including CIOs and CTOs, and the ability to bridge developer and executive audiences.
- Experience managing pipeline, ACV growth, and funnel conversion metrics.
- Strong collaboration with SDR teams on capacity and prioritization.
- Understanding of product-led and community-led growth motions.
- Comfort working in a matrix and dotted-line structure.
- Experience at a community-led or PLG-to-SLG technical company, ideally during the $500M–$1B ARR growth stage.
- Fluency with AI and marketing automation tools.
