About the role

What You'll Do

  • Full-Cycle Sales Execution: Own the end-to-end sales process from outbound prospecting to discovery, demoing Warp, and closing deals.
  • Generate your own Pipeline: Consistently source and qualify new leads.
  • Follow up, close, and hand off customers to the customer success team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with SDR's, Marketing and Product to create a smooth buying experience.
  • Maintain and log all sales touch points within our CRM.

What You Need

  • A high-performing SDR/BDR background with a strong track record of sourcing and qualifying opportunities.
  • High level of comfort with sales tools and processes.
  • Experience handling a full-cycle sales process, from outbounding, to closing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • High sense of urgency and ability to work within undefined processes.
  • Willingness and openness to learn new things on a daily basis.
  • 1-year of selling experience.

Compensation

On Target Earnings (OTE): $156.4k-230.7k range depending on experience plus equity.
