Service Delivery Manager

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of Data Ingestion service packages, including kickoff, scope and success criteria definition, project planning, execution through completion, and handoff to post-go-live teams.
- Lead discovery of customers’ data sources, formats, owners, and quality constraints, and coordinate potential solutions with partners.
- Set timelines with customers and partners, sequence dependencies, and hold internal collaborators and customers accountable to milestones.
- Renegotiate timelines transparently when inputs change.
- Track work against quoted service hours, forecast usage, and course-correct to stay within budget.
- Identify out-of-scope requests and manage changes to protect margin and customer trust.
- Surface risks such as missing data owners, low data quality, and timeline slippage; drive mitigation plans and timely escalations.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience delivering client services in B2B software or consulting.
- Direct experience owning client relationships and solving client problems.
- Strong customer focus and ownership; ability to anticipate needs and remove blockers.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to keep scope, timelines, and artifacts current.
- Structured problem-solving skills and proactive risk identification.
- Ability to learn quickly and operate effectively in ambiguity.
- Motivation, systematic working habits, and efficiency in a high-volume environment.
- Willingness to work from an office 4 days per week.
