Responsibilities
- Support operational processes, governance, and enablement systems for Technical Solutions Enablement.
- Manage operational delivery of enablement platforms and processes, including project management, learning management systems, content management systems, reporting, and program support.
- Execute the knowledge management operating model, including taxonomy, publishing standards, content lifecycle management, and discoverability.
- Establish and maintain operational processes, templates, documentation, and standard operating procedures.
- Manage intake workflows, work tracking, operational handoffs, and execution visibility across the enablement portfolio.
- Translate business requirements into enablement platform, workflow, automation, and reporting solutions.
- Maintain reporting on participation, completion, certifications, utilization, compliance, and operational health.
- Support rollout, operationalization, and governance of new tools, systems, and processes.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Monitor operational performance and recommend improvements using data and stakeholder feedback.
- Provide project management for strategic priorities and OKRs, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in enablement operations, business operations, learning operations, program operations, or a related field.
- Experience building, administering, or improving operational systems, processes, or knowledge management programs.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and process discipline.
- Experience translating business needs into scalable processes, system requirements, and reporting solutions.
- Experience with learning management systems, knowledge management platforms, project management tools, reporting platforms, or similar business systems.
- Experience building or maintaining operational dashboards and recurring reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience leveraging automation and AI to improve operational efficiency and scale.
Nice-to-haves

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $104,000–$138,000 USD.
