Responsibilities
- Build narrative, product positioning, and GTM strategy for Brex products and customer segments
- Deeply understand your customers through research, sales call listening, and direct conversations to inform strategy and creative
- Develop full-funnel marketing campaigns, product launches, and sales plays to optimize every stage of the journey, from acquisition to adoption to retention
- Concept and create sales and marketing assets (pitch decks, web pages, case studies, videos, and more) that demonstrate why Brex is the best solution
- Work with Sales Enablement to create training and resources that help reps win deals
- Partner with Brand, Design, and Events to create compelling content experiences, including panel and keynote presentations
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of your initiatives, using data to optimize strategies and achieve business goals
Requirements
- 10+ years in product marketing (ideally at a B2B SaaS or fintech company)
- 3+ years leading teams and/or cross-functional strategic initiatives involving executive-level stakeholders
- Proven track record of translating features and products into compelling, customer-centric positioning, narratives, and campaigns
- Natural ability to find the unique story that cuts through the noise and bring it to life across formats and channels
- Strong creative judgment with the ability to give clear, constructive feedback that elevates work
- Customer-obsessed with deep empathy for the people you're marketing to
- Expertise in market segmentation, personas, and customer journey mapping
- Strategic thinker who executes tactically and works cross-functionally—a maker at heart
- Proficiency with AI tools for productivity and content creation

Compensation
The expected salary range for this role in SF or NYC is $248,600 - $279,675. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
