Marketing Operations Specialist responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Maps pins at scale for Neighbor hosts. Requires bachelor's degree, 1+ year customer service experience, strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.

Primary Responsibilities
- Work directly with Neighbor hosts to create and maintain Google Maps pins for their listings.
- Ensure pins follow best practices and Google guidelines, including accurate categories, descriptions, photos, service areas, and business details.
- Improve pin quality and performance through ongoing optimizations (photos, descriptions, categories, attributes, etc.).
- Help build repeatable processes to scale pin creation and optimization across thousands of listings.
- Monitor key performance metrics (rank, impressions, actions, calls, clicks) and report on learnings.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least one year of work experience in a customer-service-driven position.
- A track record of detail-critical work where accuracy mattered, whether in a job, internship, or school.
- Experience managing a high volume of work while staying organized.
- Able to follow a process closely while spotting ways to make it better.
- Comfortable in spreadsheets and quick to learn new tools.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with Google Business Profile, Google Maps listings, or local SEO.
- Experience at a marketplace or multi-location business.
- Built AI workflows or used AI tools to speed up repetitive work.
- Familiarity with performance metrics (impressions, clicks, rank, conversions) and reporting.
