Performance Marketing Manager
Leads search-focused performance marketing and mobile user acquisition across Apple and Google ecosystems, managing campaigns, experimentation, creative testing, analytics, budgets, and forecasting. Responsibilities
- Own planning, execution, and daily optimization of Apple Search Ads (ASA) and Google App Campaigns (GAC) to meet efficient growth targets.
- Manage full-funnel search, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Identify how search and owned channels can drive holistic business growth.
- Design and execute experimentation and creative A/B testing across ad formats, landing pages, and app store assets.
- Collaborate with creative teams on ad concepts, messaging, and search-intent alignment.
- Monitor CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and retention metrics; collaborate with analytics teams on attribution and user behavior.
- Manage large-scale budgets and forecasting to maximize ROI.
- Use AI tools to automate workflows and improve marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience, focused on search platforms and mobile app growth.
- Expert knowledge of Apple Search Ads and the Google Ads ecosystem, including App Campaigns, YouTube, and Performance Max.
- Proven experience managing large-scale budgets and delivering measurable growth.
- Deep experience designing and analyzing marketing experiments and creative A/B tests.
- Strong analytical skills with Excel or Google Sheets, BI tools, and mobile measurement platforms.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with creative and technical teams.

- Base salary: $111,324-$130,969.
