Responsibilities
- Manage paid search across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Apple Search Ads, and other networks.
- Manage global budgets, bids, audiences, and campaign structures against KPI targets.
- Optimize campaigns driving new users, subscriptions, and team acquisition across web and app surfaces in multiple geographic markets.
- Optimize the funnel from first impression through subscription and account for audience overlap and cross-channel effects.
- Analyze campaign performance and anomalies, diagnose trends, and deliver actionable insights.
- Build tools and leverage AI, internal tools, and data pipelines to improve workflows.
- Collaborate with Creative, Lifecycle, Engineering, and Data Science teams.
- Manage channel partner relationships, including beta access, product roadmap input, billing, and spend reconciliation.
- Develop a testing roadmap using industry, partner, and personal insights; evaluate platform betas and campaign structures.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in SEM or paid search.
- Deep expertise in advertising platforms, conversion tracking, attribution, and cross-channel overlap.
- Experience managing large media budgets.
- Background in highly competitive industries.
- International campaign management experience, particularly in non-English markets.
- Experience with Universal App Campaign dynamics and mobile measurement partners for attribution modeling and tracking.
- Hands-on expertise with bulk and offline editors for large-scale account management.
- Track record in reporting, bid management, and test planning.
- Ability to explain SEM auction and trend nuances clearly and concisely.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Data and Engineering teams.
- Comfort using Claude, including Claude Code, or similar AI tools.
- Composure when working through complex datasets and ambiguous problems.
- Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States and willing to work five days per week in the New York City office.

- Annual base salary: $104k–$170k, before equity.
