Customer Success Manager - EMEA
Own post-sales customer relationships across onboarding, implementation, adoption, value realization, renewals, and expansion for enterprise customers. The role requires 5+ years in customer-facing technical or business roles and knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud, or software supply chain domains.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary post-sales contact for customers across onboarding, implementation, and adoption.
- Create success plans with customers and internal teams, aligning requirements, goals, and challenges.
- Support business value realization so customers can demonstrate and prove value internally.
- Provide change-management guidance for large, scaled rollouts.
- Advocate for customer needs and requirements across Sales, Product, Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Technical Support, and Customer Engineering.
- Coordinate timely resolution of customer issues.
- Build hands-on product expertise and advise customers on optimization, industry trends, features, best practices, and security principles.
- Partner with the Education team to deliver customer training and education.
- Develop relationships with stakeholders ranging from technicians to CISOs.
- Partner with Sales on renewals and expansions while reducing churn risk.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise, customer-facing roles collaborating with technical and business teams, such as Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Account Management, Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Support.
- Domain knowledge in one or more of supply chain security, DevSecOps, application security, security infrastructure, containers, regulatory compliance, vulnerability management, or the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to independently own a customer portfolio, make strategic decisions, manage escalations, de-escalate conflict, and influence internal teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to develop new processes and practices.
- Commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
- Strong drive, emotional intelligence, and priority-management skills.
