Workplace Operations Assistant
Supports daily office operations, visitors, couriers, supplies, events, vendors, and facilities coordination in an Edinburgh office. The role requires strong administrative, communication, computer, and office-equipment skills and five days of in-office work each week.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Manage couriers, including sending and receiving packages as required.
- Support internal and external visitor requests and greet and direct visitors.
- Print, scan, and file official documentation.
- Support in-office meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Maintain inventory of office and pantry supplies, including ordering and restocking.
- Coordinate with the building facilities manager on repairs, fittings, and problem resolution.
- Coordinate with vendors when required.
- Answer questions related to the workspace.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Computer proficiency.
- Familiarity with office equipment.
- Ability to work in the office five days per week, Monday through Friday.
