Director, International Partnerships
Leads Attentive’s international partner ecosystem across EMEA and APAC, developing technology and agency partnerships that generate revenue and expand customer value. The role requires 15+ years in partnerships, business development, or SaaS sales, executive relationship skills, and experience building teams.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an international partnership strategy, including market sizing and prioritization of partner segments across geographies outside the Americas.
- Identify, engage, and onboard Technology (ISV) and Agency/SI partners aligned with business objectives.
- Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue through scalable partnership motions, particularly within the Enterprise segment.
- Collaborate with partner, Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership to align partner feedback with go-to-market and product initiatives.
- Develop partner-specific enablement materials.
- Serve as the executive point of contact for strategic partners and model partner-management best practices.
- Build and mentor a high-performing international partnerships team.
- Define OKRs and foster accountability, innovation, and repeatable operational results.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or SaaS sales within the MarTech or e-commerce landscape.
- Experience navigating complex international markets, including EMEA and APAC.
- Proven success scaling partner ecosystems across diverse business environments.
- Strong market analysis, data-driven decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive relationship-building abilities.
- Experience building and leading teams through mentorship and coaching.
- Technical acumen and comfort understanding complex integrations across SMS, email, and marketing technology stacks.
- Ability to work from the Shoreditch office two days per week.
