Mid-Market Account Executive
Own the full sales cycle for mid-market SaaS accounts in Australia or Singapore, from pipeline generation through purchase and adoption. The role requires at least three years of closing experience, consultative selling expertise, and a track record of exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Strategic pipeline development: Proactively generate and manage outbound pipeline opportunities within accounts of up to 2,000 employees.
- Ownership and relationship management: Build and nurture strong relationships with mid-market accounts as their primary point of contact.
- Territory and account planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize growth and customer engagement within the assigned territory.
- Customer success and adoption: Drive successful adoption by applying account management best practices and collaborating with pre- and post-sales engineering, customer success, and support teams.
- Executive engagement: Communicate the value proposition to VP- and C-suite stakeholders to elevate brand awareness and drive decisions.
- Solution-oriented sales: Partner with a Solutions Engineer to provide strategic business and technical insights aligned with customer objectives.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with customer success, support, marketing, and revenue operations teams to meet customer needs.
- Forecasting and reporting: Maintain accurate forecasts and consistent reporting.
Requirements
- Proven success in mid-market software sales, consistently closing five- to six-figure deals.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- 3+ years of success in a closing role at a SaaS company, consistently exceeding targets and earning recognition such as President’s Club or equivalent awards.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles using a value-driven, consultative approach.
- Track record of expanding accounts across business units through land-and-expand strategies.
- Deep understanding of selling to mid-market companies.
- Experience with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message frameworks.
