Responsibilities
- Advise and coach senior leaders and managers across Customer Experience, Implementation, and Sales Development.
- Coach leaders on expectations, feedback, and consistent performance management.
- Analyze data and organizational health metrics to identify trends, root causes, and interventions.
- Lead organizational design with GTM leaders and align structure and headcount plans with business strategy and growth targets.
- Partner with Employee Relations on sensitive employee matters, escalating risks appropriately.
- Support bi-annual promotion and performance calibration cycles.
- Drive cross-functional People projects with People Business Partners and other People teams.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in People Business Partner, Employee Relations, or a closely related function.
- Experience advising senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and organizational change.
- Strong understanding of performance management, including feedback, coaching, calibration, and documentation.
- Experience partnering with Employee Relations on sensitive employee matters.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and influence without direct authority.
- Comfort using data to identify trends and support decisions.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills across multiple client groups.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience supporting Customer Experience, Implementation, Sales Development, or other GTM/revenue-adjacent functions.
- Familiarity with Workday or Lattice.
- Experience building manager enablement, coaching, or leadership development programs.
Compensation
- Expected salary range: $144,640–$180,800 base salary.
- Equity and other compensation may be included depending on the position offered.
