Responsibilities
- Advise and coach senior leaders and managers on organizational, leadership, and people matters.
- Support employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle, partnering with Recruiting, Finance, Legal, and the People team.
- Partner on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development.
- Coach managers through performance management, employee relations, and team dynamics.
- Lead People workstreams from planning through execution, making recommendations and escalating issues when needed.
- Lead and improve performance management, manager effectiveness, performance reviews, engagement, and compensation programs.
- Use people data, Rippling, and AI-enabled tools to identify insights and streamline People processes.
- Identify recurring challenges and improve People practices, manager support, and employee experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner supporting technical or fast-moving organizations.
- Experience advising senior leaders across multiple functions.
- Strong organizational design, workforce planning, and change management skills.
- Experience owning performance and compensation cycles, including calibration and manager enablement.
- Working knowledge of employment law fundamentals and sound judgment handling employee relations matters.
- Experience working in an HRIS and translating people data into clear insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust across the organization.
- Experience or strong interest in applying AI to performance management, coaching, and manager training.
