People Operations Coordinator
Coordinates day-to-day People Operations, onboarding, employee programs, HR administration, and San Francisco office culture. Requires 1–3 years of HR or People Operations experience, strong organization and communication, HRIS familiarity, and discretion.

Responsibilities
- Own employee engagement and recognition programs, including planning and executing culture-building initiatives.
- Coordinate the end-to-end new-hire onboarding experience, including workspace preparation and first-day support.
- Manage new-hire swag inventory, preparation, and timely distribution.
- Coordinate device and equipment setup, including desks, monitors, and workstation needs.
- Track new-hire checklist completion and follow up on outstanding onboarding items.
- Send offer letters and maintain accurate employee records.
- Run regular HR reports and provide data to People leadership.
- Serve as a point of contact for HR questions and escalate as needed.
- Partner with the Director of People on HR projects and initiatives.
- Support the in-office culture and help keep the San Francisco office running smoothly.
- Handle additional general People Operations and HR administrative needs.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or People Operations.
- Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Warm, welcoming presence and interest in supporting employees and office culture.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Rippling or another HRIS.
- Comfort using AI tools to build workflows and improve processes.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive employee information.
