Staff Technical Product Marketing Manager, Context Engineering

Responsibilities
- Own strategy and execution for MongoDB’s context engineering portfolio, including MCP Server, Agent Skills, and VoyageAI, aligning roadmap and go-to-market with business goals.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Developer Relations, Partners, Solutions Architecture, and Sales.
- Develop data-driven positioning, messaging, and personas for agent builders, coding agents, and platform teams.
- Advise on tactics to reach developers through IDEs, CLIs, and plugin marketplaces.
- Create technical content explaining how MongoDB developer tools work together across connectivity, guardrails, and infrastructure.
- Analyze agentic engineering adoption data, including MCP tool-call volume, Agent Skills usage, and plugin installs across Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini CLI, and VS Code.
- Develop and execute cross-functional launch strategies for new agent tooling functionality to grow adoption and revenue.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in product marketing, product management, developer relations, or solutions engineering, preferably in B2B technology, AI/ML, cloud, or developer tools.
- Proven success in fast-paced, high-growth environments and in developing and executing strategies against business objectives.
- Strong data-driven judgment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
- Deep understanding of the agentic development stack, including Model Context Protocol, coding agent tooling, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to connect technical product areas to business impact.
- Empathy for developer and platform-team pain points, including coding-agent adoption use cases and implementation specifics.
- Strong bias for action and ability to drive cross-functional execution.
- Ability to represent the company as a subject matter expert in executive customer calls, analyst briefings, and public appearances.
