About the job

Responsibilities

Own Apollo's EMEA Partnerships Strategy

  • Develop and own the EMEA partnerships strategy, adapting it to regional market dynamics, buyer behavior, and competitive conditions.
  • Advise cross-functional stakeholders on where global strategy fits EMEA and what needs to be built locally.
  • Partner with the Head of EMEA Sales to align partnerships with regional revenue goals and go-to-market execution.
  • Track partner-influenced pipeline and revenue, using performance data to prioritize investments and executive decisions.

Build the EMEA Agency Ecosystem

  • Build the EMEA agency partner program from scratch by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding GTM, RevOps, and AI-native agencies.
  • Enable agency partners to develop Apollo practices through services delivery, customer co-sell, and demand-routing programs.
  • Develop enablement, capability verification, and matchmaking infrastructure to connect agencies with Apollo customers and drive retention and expansion.
  • Adapt the GTME certification program and playbooks for EMEA.

Advance Strategic Technology Alliances

  • Own regional execution of Apollo's CRM and technology partnerships, including Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Unlock EMEA co-sell motions and connect Apollo field representatives with partner representatives.
  • Identify integration and co-sell opportunities in EMEA mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Evaluate new strategic alliances and build business cases for regional investment.

Explore Reseller Partnerships

  • Assess reseller opportunities in EMEA markets where local distribution can accelerate reach or direct coverage is limited.
  • Define commercial models, partner criteria, and enablement requirements.
  • Build reseller partnerships where there is a clear path to leverage, while evaluating complexity and regional fit.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in technology partnerships, alliances, or channel roles with significant EMEA market experience.
  • Experience building a partner program or regional partnerships function from an early stage.
  • Experience across agency or SI relationships, technology alliances, and channel or reseller models.
  • Track record of driving partner-influenced or partner-sourced revenue in a commercial-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of how go-to-market motions differ across EMEA markets and how to adapt global playbooks.
  • Experience partnering closely with regional sales leadership.
  • Based in EMEA.
  • Fluency in English required; additional European language skills are a plus.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot partner programs in EMEA.
  • Familiarity with the EMEA agency and RevOps ecosystem.
  • Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company with a product-led or sales-led motion.
  • Interest in using AI and automation to improve productivity and execution.
