Product Manager - Software

Own the end-to-end product direction and execution for Bevi’s connected-machine software platform, partnering with engineers, designers, technicians, and business partners. The role requires 3–5 years of software product management experience, technical fluency, analytical rigor, experimentation skills, and experience shipping AI-powered features.

Responsibilities

  • Own the software product end to end, carrying the vision into execution and evolving it based on learning.
  • Translate strategy into clear problem statements, scope, tradeoffs, and actionable specifications.
  • Manage the backlog and establish a dependable shipping cadence with release and quality discipline.
  • Partner daily with dedicated engineers and a designer; establish squad operating rhythms and coordinate with other software squads.
  • Regularly engage partners, technicians, and internal teams through field visits and service ride-alongs.
  • Partner with Design and Research on discovery and prioritize product improvements using evidence.
  • Define success metrics, instrument adoption and engagement, and run structured experiments.
  • Use fleet and behavioral data to identify friction and size opportunities.
  • Shape platform data and workflow integrations, including access, permissions, and data-model decisions.
  • Identify practical uses for connected insight, automation, and intelligence.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of software product management experience with ownership of a product or substantial product surface.
  • Experience shipping in an agile environment and breaking large initiatives into incremental value.
  • Technical fluency in system architecture, APIs, AI automations, and data pipelines.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working directly with data.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing or structured experimentation.
  • Strong UX judgment and experience partnering effectively with designers.
  • Practical experience shipping AI-powered features.
  • Strong customer empathy and communication across technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with B2B or B2B2C SaaS, operations or field-service software, marketplaces, connected hardware, or IoT.
  • Experience evolving an inherited product strategy.
  • Experience with products spanning desktop and mobile.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $124,185–$153,405 USD.
