It serves campground owners/operators to streamline bookings and revenue, and campers for discovering and booking sites across North America. The platform modernizes operations, powers over 2,700 parks, and enables online bookings where many lacked them before.
Owns the strategy, discovery, delivery, and iteration of a new AI-powered marketing product for campground and RV park operators. Requires 3+ years of product management experience, AI product exposure, strong analytical judgment, and comfort leading a zero-to-one product.
Lead a revenue-focused Account Management team to drive net revenue retention and expansion for Campspot's campground and RV park customers. Coach reps on growth, own team quota and performance, build executive relationships, and represent customer needs internally.
National Outbound Sales Account Executive responsible for hunting cold prospects, building pipeline, and closing deals to bring new private, city, and county campgrounds onto Campspot's reservation management software platform. Requires 2+ years sales experience (SDR/BDR to AE progression welcome), quota attainment, and consultative selling skills in a high-volume outbound environment.
Provide technical support to campground and resort staff using Campspot reservation software via phone, email, and remote demos. Requires availability for evening/weekend shifts including summer peak season, strong communication, and customer service skills.
Build and ship AI-native platform features at Campspot using Claude Code as the primary coding assistant. Requires 5+ years software development experience, LLM integration expertise, strong TypeScript/React skills, and familiarity with agentic workflows.
