Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Develop and communicate a product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals and user needs.
  • Turn a broad opportunity into a focused first release and define subsequent priorities.

AI Experience Design

  • Determine where the product recommends, acts, or keeps a person in the loop.
  • Design review and control experiences that help operators delegate meaningful work to software confidently.

Customer Discovery

  • Engage campground and RV park owners to understand current marketing practices, outsourcing, and delegation boundaries.
  • Translate customer insights into requirements engineering can build.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, support, and other teams to define requirements and ensure successful implementation.

Platform and Integrations

  • Own connections between the product and the broader platform.
  • Shape third-party marketing integrations while balancing speed to market with long-term platform ownership.

Market Research and Positioning

  • Conduct market research on industry trends, competition, and customer feedback.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and finance on packaging, pricing, and positioning.

Metrics and Delivery

  • Define KPIs measuring success for operators and the company.
  • Establish methods to evaluate output quality, not just usage, and iterate based on insights.
  • Lead product development from ideation through launch.
  • Run agile ceremonies, manage and prioritize the backlog, and support an agile mindset.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience, including taking features from idea to launch and iterating after launch.
  • Experience with AI-powered products, including LLM-powered workflows, copilots, or generative content tooling.
  • Strongly preferred: hands-on experience with agentic or autonomous features.
  • Working understanding of current AI capabilities and limitations, with sound judgment about appropriate product scope.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making, including experiment design and success metrics.
  • Customer-centric mindset focused on non-technical, time-constrained users.
  • Proven project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity in a new-product environment.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Marketing or martech experience, including marketing technology, marketing functions, or products for marketers.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels.
  • Experience taking a 0-to-1 product or major new product line from concept through launch.
  • SMB or vertical SaaS experience, particularly with owner-operators.
  • Experience in e-commerce, travel, booking, hospitality, or the outdoor industry.
  • Experience with platform or multi-product interoperability.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary: $120,000–$160,000
